Hello dear community, I have installed SignMaster 5 Pro with the patch, and it works well with the cutter K375A. However, after one job, the plotter symbol turns gray, and it can no longer cut. When closing, an error message appears. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thank you very much, best regards.
