Очень мощный звуковой редактор. Умеет работать с большими файлами (причем как в памяти, что быстрее, так и на диске, что надежнее). Много разных эффектов. Понимает множество форматов (.WAV, .AU, .IFF, .VOC, .SND, .MAT, .AIFF, and raw data) и умеет конвертировать одно в другое. Понимает mp3, но из-за сложностей с лицензиями, там есть проблемы. Смотрите на страничке. Умеет записывать файлы с audio CD (для этого Вам потребуется ASPI driver).

GoldWave v5.65 + Portable
GoldWave - мощный звуковой редактор. Предназначен для редактирования, проигрывания, смешивания и анализа аудиофайлов. С большими файлами работает быстрее других программ. Присутствует множество разных встроенных эффектов. Понимает массу форматов: MP3, WAV, AU IFF, VOC, SND, MAT, AIFF raw data, может конвертировать из одного формата в другой. Вполне способен записывать файлы с audio CD.
